Thank you for purchasing ZXD products(here refers OEM brands manufactured by ZXD and ZXD branding products together). All new ZXD products come with  one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized distributor(together refers to ZXD's customers and their authorized resellers). All ZXD products sold as "refurbished", "reconditioned", or "factory renewed" are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized agent.

 
In order to provide solution for the after sales service related to the products sold and delivered by ZXD Technology to ABC ( hereinafter called CUSTOMER), both parties mutually agree on the following terms and conditions.
 
Warranty Conditions

1.ZXD is providing  12 months warranty period for the products. The warranty period is start from the date ZXD fulfills his delivery obligations ( e.g. delivery term is FOB, the period starts with ETD).
 
2.Accessories and components originally belonging to the delivered product and or set are covered under this agreement, but exclude earphones, neck straps, giftboxes, blisters, user’s manuals, CDs, all cables.
 
3.Appearance damages recognized upon arrival of the goods at destination are fully covered under this agreement and warranty does apply thereto.
 
4.Warranty does not include:
 
.Damage due to crash, drop or abuse
.Repairs carried out by unauthorized or unqualified agent
.Installation not in accordance with manual instructions or incorrect voltage
.Software operation or problem due to addition of peripherals
.Fire, flood
.Defect that was caused by misuse and negligence
 
5.ZXD will take back all defective products as defined above for repair and/or replacement purpose and will return them in fully workable condition. The details for this procedure are stated below (see return conditions).
 
6.Repair and/or replacement for products not covered under this agreement. ZXD charge only the material cost and  freight, no repair cost will occur.
 
Return Conditions
 
1.CUSTOMER will collect all defective products and return to the ZXD’s factory. CUSTOMER will notify ZXD about each lot prior to shipment.
 
2.CUSTOMER will bear cost for the transportation from CUSTOMER to the destination of ZXD factory in P.R.China, while the return back to CUSTOMER from the destination of the factory in P.R.China will be on ZXD’s account, CUSTOMER is also responsible for the correct execution of customs clearance where required.
 
3.ZXD will repair and /or replace the products returned.
 
4.CUSTOMER will provide detailed information about the nature of defect/malfunction for each product returned.
 

5.Before shipping defective products to ZXD factory, CUSTOMER will contact ZXD informing about which quantity and what product will be returned.
