ZXD's factory Located in Bao’an district, Shenzhen, sized 4000sqm, our ISO9001:2000 compliant factory is equiped with 3 SMT lines, 3 Assembly lines and 2 packaging lines. Totally 200 employees.
All key facilities are imported from Japan and USA, such as Fuji SMT pick and place machines, Vitronics Sold-reflow machines, and Agilent RF testing machines.
With 30 QA stuff, we are carrying comprehensive quality control systems.
IQC standard for common components: AQL(0.65, 1.0) , that means 2pcs defective in 1250pcs will be rejected. For all key components, such as display, Camera, RF, we check all one by one.

Aging Test
Every units undergo 8-hour aging test before packaging lines.
In packing lines, our QA weigh every giftbox, in which the unit and all accessories were put, to make sure that nothing is missing.
Before the export cartons been sealed, every carton need to be weigh carefully to ensure there are adequate units inside.
